Roger Lee McCauley (1950 – 2025)

Roger Lee McCauley, 75, of Luray, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. McCauley was born on July 3, 1950, in Winchester, Virginia, to the late William McCauley and Eileen Anderson Critcher.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, Bill McCauley.  He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Patricia “Pat” McCauley; son, Adam McCauley (Missy); brother, Edward “Ed” McCauley (Janet), and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are welcome to visit the McCauley home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rileyville Baptist Church, 7044 US-340, Rileyville, Virginia 22650, or to a charity of one’s choice.
