Mary was born on November 12, 1923, in Dallas, Texas, to the late James George and Mary Elizabeth Lybarger Craps.

Surviving Mary is her devoted niece, Cheryl Leigh Faw Crabbe of Front Royal; her nephew, Bruce “Bob” Faw of Laguna Woods, California; her niece, Debbie Cole of Gardnerville, Nevada; her niece, Melanie Sawyer of Yuma, Arizona; and numerous extended family and friends.
