Robert Lynn “Turkey Man” Taylor (1963 – 2025)

Robert Lynn “Turkey Man” Taylor, 62, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center in Winchester.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 8, at 11:00 a.m. in Prospect Hill Cemetery with Sammy Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 8, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home.

Lynn was born February 2, 1963, in Front Royal, Virginia, son of Anna M. Williams Taylor of Front Royal and the late William Edward “Bugs” Taylor, Sr.

Lynn was a past member of the Linden Volunteer Fire and Rescue for 11 years and worked for Skyline High School. He spent many of his earlier years running the Turkey Farm on Dismal Hollow Road.

Surviving, along with his mother, are two brothers, Bo Taylor of Front Royal and Terry Taylor of Browntown; niece, Tracy Lehew (Brian); two nephews, Jordan Taylor (Aundrea) and Evan Taylor; two great-nephews, Mason Lehew and Caden Lehew; and one great-niece, Wrenley Taylor.
