In a heartwarming ceremony that brought together members of the Front Royal/Warren County Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries, the law firm of Lloyd, Lemmon & Hale marked its entry into the bustling life of Front Royal, Virginia. Nestled in the historic Garrison house at 15 Chester Street, the firm’s opening was a testament to the community’s enduring charm and its embrace of new ventures.

Nike Foster Cales of the Chamber of Commerce, alongside Mayor Lori Cockrell, led the welcoming party for the new firm, whose partners—Scott Lloyd, Peter Lemmon, and Dana Hale—bring a wealth of experience and a commitment to serving the local and broader community with legal expertise. Mayor Cockrell, in her remarks, highlighted not just the beauty of the Garrison house but also the firm’s potential to contribute positively to the area’s growth and well-being.

Scott Lloyd, taking the lead during the speeches, expressed his gratitude and excitement about setting roots in Front Royal, a place he loves and is close to his family. For Lloyd, the move represents a dream realized, an opportunity to provide legal services from a place that feels like home. Dana Hale shared her journey of moving to Front Royal, initially retiring but then finding a renewed purpose in law, highlighting the community’s welcoming spirit and her joy in joining forces with her partners.

The firm, as detailed by the partners, aims to offer a broad spectrum of legal services, including employment law, discrimination cases, contract review, and business startups, with a special emphasis on serving the local community’s needs. Their expertise also spans federal issues, class-action lawsuits, religious liberty, and civil rights, reflecting a blend of small-town values with national-level capabilities.

Peter Lemmon, with a background in estate planning, especially for young families and businesses, emphasizes the importance of proactive legal planning. His connection to Front Royal, dating back to his time at Christendom College, reinforces the firm’s deep ties to the community.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, marked by laughter and light-hearted moments, symbolized a new chapter not only for Lloyd, Lemmon & Hale but for Front Royal itself.

As Front Royal continues to grow and evolve, the arrival of Lloyd, Lemmon & Hale is a promising sign of the town’s potential for new businesses and the strengthening of its community fabric. The firm’s commitment to providing comprehensive legal services, combined with its partners’ genuine affection for the town, sets the stage for a fruitful relationship between the residents of Front Royal and their newest legal advocates.
