Purse Bingo Set for June 5 at IHOP in Front Royal

Published

on

Get ready to mark your cards and raise your spirits—Purse Bingo is coming to the Front Royal IHOP on Thursday, June 5, with an evening full of fun, prizes, and community spirit. Hosted by the Delta Rho Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, this lively event will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, with 100% of the purse bingo proceeds going directly to support their work.

The evening kicks off with dinner at 6:00 p.m. from the IHOP menu. Then, at 7:00 p.m., it’s time to call out “Bingo!” as players compete for a collection of purses—some designer, some playful, all packed with surprises.

What is Designer Purse Bingo?

It’s a fun twist on traditional bingo. Instead of cash, winners receive new or gently used purses—some are stylish brand-name bags like Coach and Vera Bradley, and others come from places like Peebles and Walmart. But each purse is stuffed with little treasures, and each round is another chance to win.

You never know what you might walk away with: a classic clutch, a practical tote, or a fun pop of color to add to your wardrobe. Best of all, every dollar goes to help children facing serious illnesses.

How It Works

Entry to the event is $20, which includes one bingo card. Want more chances to win? Additional cards are $5 each. You can reserve your spot by calling Ruth Clatterbuck at 540-622-7792. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but reservations are encouraged due to limited seating.

More Than Just Bingo

In addition to the main purse prizes, there will be door prizes, fellowship, and opportunities to learn more about St. Jude’s mission and the work of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, a national service organization known for its charitable efforts.

Bring your lucky charms, bring your friends, and don’t forget your dauber—Purse Bingo promises an evening of laughter, prizes, and purpose.
